26th Lecture Event of the VFV
“Trends 2018 in the Field of European Food Packaging “

The VFV Lecture Event took place on 24 April 2018 in the Stadthalle (Municiple Hall) Aschaffenburg.

On the occasion of the annual general meeting of the research association "Verein zur Förderung der Forschung und Ausbildung für Faserstoff- und Verpackungschemie e.V. (VFV)", a lecture event took place for the 26th time concerning topical issues in the field of food packaging.

We are pleased to have won over competent speakers from various sectors of the manufacture, finishing and testing of food packages.

Our guests could look forward to informative lectures on the following topics:

Current developments in European Legislation on food contact materials
New EU model for printings inks – a possible approach for the regulation of other so far non-regulated materials as well?
Paper and board – New developments on the evaluation
Roadmap of the EU Commission on better regulation for food contact materials

The conference language was German, however, the presentations were translated simultaneously into English.
